Cancellation & Refund Policy: Camps and Events

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Futbol Abroad, LLC. Cancellations occurring ten (10) days or more before the camp/event will get a refund of 100%.  No refunds or partial refunds are provided with cancellation notice of less than ten (10) days. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Tours and Trips

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Futbol Abroad, LLC. The cancellation date is the date on which Futbol Abroad receives the written notification of the intent to cancel at its place of business.  If you need to cancel, please submit your written notice via email to: info@futbolabroad.com

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
  • Cancellations occurring more than 60 days before the date of departure will receive a refund of 100% (excluding deposit).
  • Cancellations occurring 15-60 days before the date of departure will receive a refund of 70% (excluding deposit).
  • Cancellations occurring less than 15 days before the date of departure will receive NO refund (excluding deposit).

Participant Waiver

At time of registration, all participants must agree to our Release of liability, medical care and photography (Click here to view/print the Release).
